標題[問題] DS-260填寫時遇到的問題

1.Alien registration number 是EAD卡上面的A number嗎 還是其實第一次辦綠卡根本不
會有Alien registration number這個號碼呢?
2. Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations
in accordance with U.S. law? 我們I-140剛通過, 正在填寫DS-260因此還沒有體檢, 這
個選項是要勾yes or no呢
3. Petitioner 因為我們是辦理EB2-NIW，所以應該是self petition，對嗎?
4. Do you need a new card issued?(SSN card) 因為我老公在美國讀書有當過RA因此有
辦過SSN，這樣這個選項還需要勾選yes來得到新的SSN card嗎?
5. Do you authorize disclosure of information from this form to the
Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, and such
other U.S. Government agencies as may be required for the purposes of
assigning you a social security number (SSN) and issuing you a Social
Security card and do you authorize the Social Security Administration to
share your SSN with the Department of Homeland Security?
這個選項勾選yes應該沒問題吧?

因為我的I797上只有Receipt number而已，沒有A number，所以才詢問是不是該填寫EAD
卡上的A number，所以這題我只要填寫NO A number，是這個意思吧C大!!先謝謝你。
