有傳言指出瑪麗亞凱莉的新專輯發行日期將可能再延後."她被來勢洶洶的惠妮休斯頓
給嚇著了!有人告訴我們凱莉早在四個月以前就簽了新經紀人Chris Lighty,但新專輯
到現在還沒完成呢!" Chris Lighty發email給媒體:"我們正在加緊腳步為瑪麗亞的
新專輯找到最好的名牌廣告合作廠商.我們全力支持她!"
自從凱莉去年九月和上一任經紀人Benny Medina分道揚鑣之後就一直沒有新經紀人的
消息.而Chris Lighty這位最近才剛曝光的新經紀人最近則以"在海邊不方便說話"回應
媒體的電訪.究竟新專輯何時能夠問世,至今還是一個謎~
Mariah Carey is said to be scrambling to complete her new album, Memoirs of
an Imperfect Angel. "She's getting very nervous now that Whitney Houston is
coming back," said our source. We're told Carey signed with manager Chris
Lighty four months ago, but the album still isn't finished. Lighty told Page
Six by e-mail, "My management company is dealing with [Mariah's] music, brand
extensions and commercial opportunities. We love Mariah."
Carey hasn't had a music manager since splitting with Benny Medina last
September and has only released one single -- "Obsessed" -- off the album so
far. We tried to get more details from Lighty, but he told us he was "at the
beach" and couldn't talk. When we called her p.r. firm, a rep said, "We are
no longer working with Mariah."
