Vida利用在開普敦的空閒時間寫下了這幾天南非之旅的感受 ==內容== 我們已經在南非度過了非常疲勞的幾天,但是團員們在開普敦機場受到的歡迎 讓人感到開心,不管我們走到哪都有熱情的球迷歡迎著大家而我們也很高興能見 到他們。星期五早上抵達目的地時由於長途的飛行讓大家都累壞了,但是看到那裡 充滿熱情的球迷讓球員們都很高興而忘記了疲倦。 我心理想著"Wow,雖然已經離曼徹斯特的家有了十一個小時的飛行距離,但是 這裡依然有人認得我們而特地到機場來接機"。這是我第一次到南非而我感到很開心, 我已經從一些隊員們身上聽過南非這個地方的一些事情,但是親眼見到這個國家感覺 還是很特別。 我們在星期五下午就展開了訓練,感覺不錯...應該說在經歷了長途飛行 之後我所期望能做到的訓練質量都有達到。我感覺好像做了一輩子的飛機 在這種情況下可以在草坪上跑跑步做做運動總是讓人感到舒服,大家都努力 訓練做好對第一場比賽的準備。 如果在南非的三場比賽都能贏當然很好,不過就我而言,比賽的結果沒有 那麼重要,最重要的是在賽季開始前讓身體保持在最佳狀態。我們大部分的人 都已經六個禮拜沒踢球了,而通常在這種情況下球員會失去一些狀態。 老實說在對完Aberdeen game的比賽後我感覺沒有很好,這是一場艱難的比賽 而大家都因為之前一個禮拜的訓練加上比賽感到雙腿沉重,但是我知道從現在開始 就要努力訓練讓自己抱持在良好的狀態以應付接下來的比賽,我可以告訴你紅魔們 每一天都不斷在進步。 ===英文原文===== United defender Nemanja Vidic sat down in Cape Town to pen his thoughts for ManUtd.com It’s been a very tiring couple of days, but the welcome we received at Cape Town airport was fantastic. Everywhere we go there are people who are happy to see us and we’re just as pleased to see them. On Friday morning the players were all tired after a long flight, but seeing everyone there to greet us was unbelievable. I thought to myself: ‘Wow, we’ve flown 11 hours away from our homes in Manchester but there are people here who recognise us and came to the airport to see us.’ It’s my first time in South Africa and I’m very glad to be here. I’d heard a lot about the country from some of the lads, but to see it with my own eyes is really special. We had a training session on Friday afternoon, which was good… well, as good as you can hope after such a long day! It feels like we’ve been travelling forever. But it was good to get out on the pitch and run through a few exercises. We did what we needed to do ahead of our first game against Kaizer Chiefs. I’d like to win all three matches in South Africa but, personally, the results aren't all that important – the most important thing is fitness and getting ourselves sharp before the season. Most of us haven’t played football for six weeks and when you’re out for that long it’s natural that you lose some rhythm. If I’m honest, I didn’t feel good after the Aberdeen game. It was difficult and everyone felt a little heavy-legged after a hard week of training. But this is the time to be working hard, to work on our fitness and sharpness. I can tell you we’re all improving, every single day.
