標題[閒聊] 連學術界都在搞台灣存不存在的問題

NOTE: We receive a FAX from Lanzhou University
about the affiliation of some members in several
WSEAS committees. WSEAS could not know the
political problems in Asia. WSEAS considers now
that in every web page under our portal, the name
"Taiwan", must be read "Taiwan, China". Taiwan
is only a geographical term, not a separate
country and it must be considered as part of China.
So, in all the web pages that are linked with
this portal, please, replace "Taiwan" with "Taiwan, China"
