IWTS是 International Wireless and Telecommunications Symposium 的縮寫
這篇paper 出自 IWTS'97, vol. 1, Shah Alam, Malaysia, May 14-16,1997,pp.231-235
用google查不到，國內的館藏也沒有，可是這篇paper是很重要的reference
找不到實在是很頭痛阿 麻煩大家幫我找一下~~~ 謝謝^^
