標題[請益] 如何查到金屬元素的能隙(band gap)?

主要是想找一些稀土族或鑭系錒系金屬的能隙或是能帶結構，
但是因為相關資訊在paper上實在不多，
想請教大家有沒有網站或是書籍可以提供相關資料呢?
因為我自己到圖書館想找handbook，翻了一下午也是沒有什麼收穫，
所以如果能提供確切書名就太好了!
