標題[課業] 張老師行管個案

這次要先討論Snapple那個個案喔！
題目如下：
1. From 1972 to 1993, why did Snapple flourish when so many small
start-up premium fruit drinks stayed small or disappeared?
2. Now look at the period from 1994 to 1997. Was Quaker'e error to
acquire Snapple in the first place or did they just manage it badly?
3. Roll forward to 1998. Should Triarc have acquired Snapple?
What can Triarc learn from Quaker's experience?
4. What three things would you start doing were in Mike Weinstein's shoes?
Why?
一樣是經小組討論，最後每人都要寫一份兩頁的作業，禮拜一晚上上傳至學習網，
禮拜二交紙本。
