Further, those at the highest levels of Baylor's administration believe the Buffs' move has sunk the Waco school's chances of landing in the Pac-10. Expect that Baylor officials and sympathetic lawmakers will continue to make noise about blocking a potential move of the state's big three programs, but as we reported yesterday, the political power and will is simply not there for the Bears to get another free ride.
