The PSV midfielder made his 87th appearance for the Dutch team against Andorra on Wednesday night and he has now left Marc Overmars behind him in the table. At the age of 25, Cocu made his debut in a friendly against Germany, when Holland slipped to a 1-0 defeat on the night of 24 April 1996.
