標題[問題] excel 條件加總與平均問題

我想要計算 加班(>8h的都算)的平均產出 及 不加班(8h)的平均產出
小弟只想得到使用countif 跟sumif 相除，
而且countif還不知道怎麼 " 12>x>8 "這條件來計算加班的天數
sumif 也一直出現錯誤
請各位幫忙解惑一下，謝謝。

如上表格，我想抓的是 時間為8的時產出總和，與時間為>8的時產出總和
