- Company intellectual property rights strategy formulation and implementation.
- Company patent information analysis management and the method establish and implement.
- Valuable patented claim, to obtain the instruction of management and the value-added service.
- Company patent portfolio acquisition, development and management
- Establish and implement the patent qualitative index system and the appraisal process
- IP team instruction and training.
