標題[問題] vista升級網頁卡住

小弟已經到上傳電子發票/收據
以及填寫基本資料的地方
可是按下一步,卻出現一個跳窗寫:
"Error sending POP.Choose another file or choose other method to submit POP."
請問是哪裡出了問題 @@ 我家網路沒問題阿..
