我不會填的題目如下，另外我還沒辦機票所以有些問題不確定:
13.護照種類

如為轉機是否持有目的國之入境許可?
No 無 Yes 有, valid until 有效期限 Issuing authority 發證機構
32. Border of first entry or transit route
最先抵達的申根城市,包括轉機
34. Name of host or company in the Schengen states and contact person in host
company. If not applicable, give nameof hotel or temporary address in the
Schengen states 在申根國聯絡的公司,會議資料,旅館,聯絡人或學校資料
(所以表示以下的資料都是填連絡人的嗎?)
