標題[請問] 請問巴塞隆納住在station Jaume附近OK嗎?

想請問各位熟稔巴塞隆納的大大
如果規劃在巴塞隆納自助旅遊的話, 住在以下地點方便及安全嗎？
因為我看了很多BLOG還是很模糊...麻煩各位了~感謝～
1.Some distances from the apartment:
Picasso Museum - 50 meters
Cathedral - 550 meters
Las Ramblas - 800 meters
Subway Station (Line 4) - 300 meters

2.located in a wide pedestrian street between the Barri Gotic and Born Area
just 10 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and also from the Cathedral,
the old port and as well from metro station Jaume 1.
