標題[申請] secondary school

大家好，我前兩天送出TI的線上資料，
在準備把紙本資料寄出。
但是他在關於成績/文憑文件的部分，
有提到了一段話：
Information on secondary education (high school, etcetera) should be
included in your curriculum vitae.
Additional documentation on secondary education may be submitted, but
certified transcripts of secondary-school diplomas are not required
1. Secondary education, 是只要寫高中的部分就好，還是連國中的也要呢？
只要提到學校名稱跟時間資訊就好還是連課外活動等都要提一下呢？
2. degree的部分，是寫成 "high school diploma"之類的嗎...
