NBA players like Kevin Durant, Jeff Green and Russell Westbrook enrolled in
college classes this off-season to advance their education. The union reports
that about 45 players went back to school.
The players' decision is an encouraging sign that athletes are taking their
post-playing careers seriously.
It's also created excitement on campus.
“One kid started yelling my name, and it felt weird because I was sitting down
trying to pay attention and everyone else in the classroom started looking at
me like, ‘What’s going on?’ ” Green said. “My teacher handled it well. He
just went and closed the door and went about his lesson.”
雷帝、小綠和西河這雷霆三寶休賽季時登記參加了一些大學的課程，今夏大約有45名球員
選擇重返校園。
這些跡象顯示球員們越來越重視為退休後的生涯作準備。
當然在校區這也引起了一些騷動。
小綠說: "一位學生開始大喊我的名字，但當時我正準備坐下專心聽課，於是教室裡的其他
人紛紛轉過頭來看著我: "你誰阿? 亂上課。" 不過課堂老師十分鎮靜，他只是過去關上了
門後便繼續上課。"
