No team has been as quiet this offseason as the Suns, but they could be ready
to sign free agent point guard Marcus Banks.
Phoenix really wants to improve its backcourt size, but Banks, even though
he's just 6-2, is a solid defender who could help the Suns cut about five
minutes off Steve Nash's career-high 35.4-minute average last season. Jul. 18
