老實說英文我對英文真的不強 但最近很努力的背單字阿看文章等等等的 然後 我的老師丟了一個摘要要我翻譯 我真的一個頭兩個大 也運用了google去翻譯去看 感覺好像都對的樣子 可是又覺得哪裡怪怪的 懇求板上大大們能幫我看看哪裡不太對 需要更正的地方阿~~~~~~~~~ 近年來隨著醫療機構資訊化的程度普遍提高，傳統的紙本病歷已逐漸被電子病歷所替代 。此外，透過目前雲端運算的技術把醫療機構所有應用軟體與病歷資料庫都放在網際網 路上，不同區域的醫師只要透過簡單設備連上網路，經授權後即可針對某病患的症狀進 行治療並且做出準確的診斷，使得醫療資訊的流通將不僅僅侷限在一間醫療機構內，連 續性醫療照護與跨醫療機構間病歷的交換勢必會越來越頻繁；加上病歷本來就是敏感且 具隱私性的資訊，就醫民眾在隱私保護機制上的顧慮也會越來越高。 本研究以結合科技接受模型與計畫行為理論為理論架構，輔以知覺風險(功能、社會、時 間、安全/隱私)與資訊品質等外生變數，對就醫民眾採用電子病歷結合雲端運算行為進行 研究，共得161份有效問卷。所蒐集資料經由統計分析進行驗證假說；期望本研究結果能 對醫療界有實務上的貢獻與學術界作後續研究方向的參考。 google翻譯如下 In recent years, with the medical information of the general level, the traditional paper medical records have been gradually replaced by electronic medical records.
