標題[iPod] TOUCH連不上itunes

換了愛瘋之後很久沒把踏取拿出來用
螢幕顯示要用USB連接ITUNES
我照做了
但
一接上電腦卻顯示
"This IPod can't not be used because the
Apple Mobile Device service is not started."
請問現在該如何是好?
螢幕上依舊顯示USB連接ITUNES的指示
試了很多次都一樣
踏取到底怎麼了!!!!!!!
