這些似乎原本應該在 include/linux/tcp.h裡
不過似乎是被眾多的版本更動裡面被修掉了
Anyway 因為不敢動tcp.h 所以我很膽小的把它加進bit.c Compile OK
好現在有接下來的問題"們" (先不說link 因為連compile都有問題)
