標題[問題] 關於mudos的小問題

我使用的MudOS版本是MudOS v22.2b14-TD
在mudos的config檔裡面有這幾行

# 定義地址服務器的 ip 和端口
# 地址服務的作用是：轉換網路上其他泥巴的名稱為數字ip
# 請選擇一個未被使用端口
address server ip : localhost
address server port : 3990
======================================================
不過實際運作的時候log檔會出現
如下:

請問出現
"Connection to address server (localhost 3990) refused."
這樣的訊息是ok的嗎?
如果要修正該如何修呢?
