SLH會員一年內住滿5次 也就是一年內擁有5個qualified stays 就會被升級成Honoured Member 同時會發送一張免房券到註冊的信箱 我是在8/3完成第5個stay 然後今天8/13收到免房券 此篇主要是分享信中的敘述 及 免房訂房規則 信中一開始會提到Honoured Member有什麼權益(官網都有 可自行參閱) 之後會有一段話 The voucher code below is valid for 12 months for stays at any one of our beautiful hotels: CODE XXXXXXXX-XX <===這是免房code To book your complimentary night using this voucher code, you must contact us by email on [email protected] with details of your request, giving a minimum of two weeks notice prior to your stay. Please note that a complimentary night cannot be attributed retrospectively to a reservation that already exists. 也就是免房需要寄信去換 信箱為[email protected] 信中最後為免房規則 *The terms and conditions of Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ complimentary nights are as follows: 1.Complimentary night voucher codes can only be used once and are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. 2.The complimentary night relates to standard double room accommodation only. It is always subject to availability; (i.e. at the hotel’s discretion. If a booking is requested during the hotel’s peak season, they are entitled to deny confirmation). 3.Hotel availability for the claiming of this voucher for complimentary nights may differ from general online availability. Your voucher is subject to the availability of complimentary nights. 4.A minimum of two (2) weeks notice must be given. 5.All booking requests must be made by email only to the UK office to [email protected]. 6.All food, beverages, taxes, and other incidental costs incurred by the guest are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel. 7.Complimentary night reservations are non-flexible and once confirmed by SLH, no alterations or cancellations can be made. In case of alteration or cancellation, you will forfeit the complimentary night(s). 8.The usual benefits of The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World are not provided for complimentary nights, or for nights booked as part of the same reservation. The complimentary night cannot be attributed retrospectively to a reservation that already exists. 1.Guests who choose to utilise their room nights at an all-inclusive SLH hotel will incur an additional charge, which will vary depending on the property selected. 2.Small Luxury Hotels of the World has the right to update these terms and conditions. The claiming of room nights will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are claimed rather than issued. 大意大概就是要 免房期限一年 要提早兩星期訂 只能透過寫信訂 官方幫你看你要的日期可不可以換 免房無待遇 還有一個大重點就是訂了免房券就算用過了 所以訂了就不能退 etc. 希望能幫到想要了解SLH免房的人 --
