標題[問題] English Question, thanks for help!

Dear everyone:
I have an English question. Please kindly advise me the answer.
I am trying to apply for foreign study.
The School ask me the following question:(and I need to check yes or no)
"Will you have earned your first degree in law before September 1, 2010?"
Actually, I had have already earned my first law degree in 2005.
But the question above use "Future Perfect Tense." so I got confused!
Therefore, should I answer "yes"?
since yes! I already have a first law degree before Sept. 1, 2010.
or should I answer "no"?
because I already had, not will have....
