標題[問題] 申請博班之研究計畫遇到了問題?!

HI 大家好
目前申請英國博班已將備審資料準備好請代辦送出...
經過了一個禮拜收到Cardiff的信,信的內容如下..
We have received your application for a PhD place at the Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff University.
Please could you confirm who wrote your research proposal?
The proposal lists a number of indicators but all PhD theses have to demonstrate that they make an original contribution to theory /research.
It is not clear from the proposal what this original contribution would be.
Please could you email me and give your ideas on this matter?
我看得懂,但是我不了解它信中的含意...?!目前我已回信說會重寫在寄給它..
我想知道的是,我研究計畫出現了哪些問題??
1.引用不正確,它懷疑我抄襲(因為台灣寫論文方式和國外有些差異)
2.還是它其實是要拒絕我...
我聽說英國人就算拒絕也很委婉,所以我真的很疑惑他怎麼會寫的這麼直接??!!
另外就是它信寫的內容感覺不夠完整及感覺像是中式文法~
請板上留英高手幫我看看
