我寫信去BoA問了
有關如果帳戶不close debit card replacement的問題
回覆如下
Please note that replacement debit cards are automatically mailed 30 to
37 calendar days prior to the expiration date. You should receive your
replacement with in 16 business days as you are outside of the United
States.
However, as you want to receive the debit card at a foreign address.
Please reply to this e-mail with the new address, we will update your
records.

我還是建議各位不要關帳戶
買東西方便的很!
