標題[問題] Essay的編排問題

請教各位，
最近在寫essay,
其中某個學校在essay的格式上有規定:
"Please respond fully and concisely using 1.5 line spacing.
Your response should be no more than 2 pages in length for each essay
with a font size not smaller than 10-point."
後面我知道是用10的字型，不可以超過兩頁
但前面的using 1.5 line spacing
是指"行距"還是"行高"呢?
有沒有人有經驗可以教一下
