在準備考試的過程中看到的問題
來板上請教大家
The catalytic core of DNA polymerase III contains subunits α, ε, and θ.
The processivity of core is low; usually it synthesizes only ~11 base before
it dissociates from the template.
請問這段敘述正確與否?
目前我自己的認識是：
DNA polymeraseIII(holoenzyme)在沒有β clamp 、γ complx的協助下，其作用效率
低，但並不知道是不是會有該敘述後半段的情形發生？
