在准备考试的过程中看到的问题
来板上请教大家
The catalytic core of DNA polymerase III contains subunits α, ε, and θ.
The processivity of core is low; usually it synthesizes only ~11 base before
it dissociates from the template.
请问这段叙述正确与否?
目前我自己的认识是：
DNA polymeraseIII(holoenzyme)在没有β clamp 、γ complx的协助下，其作用效率
低，但并不知道是不是会有该叙述後半段的情形发生？
