幾個疑問
想請板友指教
1)

是這個：

我沒有要申請 temporary resident visa 應該是不用？
所以是第一個？

Valid Passport
根據

Persons who do not require Temporary Resident Visas for Canada can submit photocopies of the biographical pages of their passport rather than the actual passport.
好像可以交影本就好？
3)
Study Plan 要不要交啊
IMM 5483 沒提到
但在
http://bit.ly/kL6Ptt 裡面有
其中又提到
'Application Kit' and the 'Questionnaire and Financial Summary' forms MUST be submitted together.
Questionnaire and Financial Summary 是要在哪下載？
又是一個 IMM 5483 沒提到的東西？要交嗎？
