几个疑问
想请板友指教
1)
IMM5645: Family Information
是这个：

我没有要申请 temporary resident visa 应该是不用？
所以是第一个？

Valid Passport
根据

Persons who do not require Temporary Resident Visas for Canada can submit photocopies of the biographical pages of their passport rather than the actual passport.
好像可以交影本就好？
3)
Study Plan 要不要交啊
IMM 5483 没提到
但在
http://bit.ly/kL6Ptt 里面有
其中又提到
'Application Kit' and the 'Questionnaire and Financial Summary' forms MUST be submitted together.
Questionnaire and Financial Summary 是要在哪下载？
又是一个 IMM 5483 没提到的东西？要交吗？
