標題[問題] 有人拿過CGS-M獎學金去國外念書嗎?

因為已經工作幾年,今明年想去澳洲唸博士班;
查了政府獎學金,好像有CGS-M (每年6千$)
Canada Graduate Scholarships—Michael Smith Foreign Study Supplements
查了有項條件如下:
be registered at an eligible Canadian institution at the time of application;
這是指這項獎學金是否只給交換學人或訪問學者申請的呢?
不知道去澳洲唸書的Canadian可以申請那些獎學金呢?
如果有前輩有經驗還請賜教,謝謝!
剛好也查到其他獎學金網站,如果一樣也是要去outside of Canada唸書的可以參考:)
