标题[问题] 有人拿过CGS-M奖学金去国外念书吗?

因为已经工作几年,今明年想去澳洲念博士班;
查了政府奖学金,好像有CGS-M (每年6千$)
Canada Graduate Scholarships—Michael Smith Foreign Study Supplements
查了有项条件如下:
be registered at an eligible Canadian institution at the time of application;
这是指这项奖学金是否只给交换学人或访问学者申请的呢?
不知道去澳洲念书的Canadian可以申请那些奖学金呢?
如果有前辈有经验还请赐教,谢谢!
刚好也查到其他奖学金网站,如果一样也是要去outside of Canada念书的可以参考:)
