很多質譜都有偵測positive/negative ion mode的功能
原理只是把電壓的polarity reverse
正離子的話 比如說您的樣品中有一些鹼金離子attachment
就用正的來看
負離子就比如是halide之類的
當然也會有其他可能
一般來說 正負都可以隨意switch取得訊號
但是大部分electrospray似乎會先看正離子模式
如果沒有訊號 再調成負離子
以上是個人操作經驗啦
也許您的樣品會跟我的狀況不一樣
