很多质谱都有侦测positive/negative ion mode的功能
原理只是把电压的polarity reverse
正离子的话 比如说您的样品中有一些硷金离子attachment
就用正的来看
负离子就比如是halide之类的
当然也会有其他可能
一般来说 正负都可以随意switch取得讯号
但是大部分electrospray似乎会先看正离子模式
如果没有讯号 再调成负离子
以上是个人操作经验啦
也许您的样品会跟我的状况不一样
