標題有機實驗

請問各位大大 為何在hydrolysis of p-Nitroacetanilide的實驗中
要用NH4OH中和 NH3Cl-C6H4-NO2 而不用NaOH呢?
(-C6H4- 是指苯環,不好意思偷個懶)
另外想請問一下p-Nitroaniline的化性和用途，不知道有沒有這方面的相關資料和網頁
請大大們不吝指教!!
