标题有机实验

请问各位大大 为何在hydrolysis of p-Nitroacetanilide的实验中
要用NH4OH中和 NH3Cl-C6H4-NO2 而不用NaOH呢?
(-C6H4- 是指苯环,不好意思偷个懒)
另外想请问一下p-Nitroaniline的化性和用途，不知道有没有这方面的相关资料和网页
请大大们不吝指教!!
