標題[問題] 請問水的離子濃度

想要請問這句話的意思
c is the ionic concentration in equilibrium electro-chemical solution
at the neutral state.
如果這個c是水的話 是指水在中性的狀態之下
那這個值應該是10^-7 M (mole/l)
請問我這樣的理解是否有問題
