標題[單字]tally with與in line with用法是否相同?

如題: 這兩個片語除了詞性不同
例如 in line with前面會放be動詞 , 而tally with本身則是不及物動詞+介係詞
這兩個字上在"符合;一致"的意思上是否能完全替用呢?
我有試著在網路上查了一下,但訊息並非明確到讓我能夠很確定
請大神指教,謝謝
