标题[单字]tally with与in line with用法是否相同?

如题: 这两个片语除了词性不同
例如 in line with前面会放be动词 , 而tally with本身则是不及物动词+介系词
这两个字上在"符合;一致"的意思上是否能完全替用呢?
我有试着在网路上查了一下,但讯息并非明确到让我能够很确定
请大神指教,谢谢
