請問各位：
Life has taught me that sometimes when people behave badly with you , it is because of some unhappiness that they are carrying around with them, (_____) that has nothing to do with you. I wish I _____ more gentle with people in that situation and not reacted so angrily.
第一個(__)
在(1)a problem,(2)it is because ,(3)you know中選，(1)為that的先行詞，想問各位先行詞只能是人or 事物，而a problem屬於事物的意思嗎？
那另外兩個為什麼不能選呢？
另外一個____
(1)had been，(2)was，(3)can be，(4)would be
不太懂這題要考的觀念，只知道(3)錯的地方應該是could，請問各位這題要理解的是時態的概念還是助動詞的呢？
