请问各位：
Life has taught me that sometimes when people behave badly with you , it is because of some unhappiness that they are carrying around with them, (_____) that has nothing to do with you. I wish I _____ more gentle with people in that situation and not reacted so angrily.
第一个(__)
在(1)a problem,(2)it is because ,(3)you know中选，(1)为that的先行词，想问各位先行词只能是人or 事物，而a problem属於事物的意思吗？
那另外两个为什麽不能选呢？
另外一个____
(1)had been，(2)was，(3)can be，(4)would be
不太懂这题要考的观念，只知道(3)错的地方应该是could，请问各位这题要理解的是时态的概念还是助动词的呢？
