標題[請益] 搞不清楚come和go的區別

有點搞不清楚come和go的區別...
我知道come是翻譯為'來'
go翻譯為'去'
但在看美劇時，我有點難懂美國人講話的邏輯，例如以下這句:
Bob,are you going to make me come up there and get you?
我知道這句的意思是:鮑伯，你是要讓我上去那裡接你嗎?
但為什麼是come up there 而不是 go up there?
應該是go up there才對啊，因為是上去啊，為什麼美國人說come up there?
類似這樣的語句其實在美劇蠻多的，
有高人可以指點一二嗎？謝謝！
