标题[请益] 搞不清楚come和go的区别

有点搞不清楚come和go的区别...
我知道come是翻译为'来'
go翻译为'去'
但在看美剧时，我有点难懂美国人讲话的逻辑，例如以下这句:
Bob,are you going to make me come up there and get you?
我知道这句的意思是:鲍伯，你是要让我上去那里接你吗?
但为什麽是come up there 而不是 go up there?
应该是go up there才对啊，因为是上去啊，为什麽美国人说come up there?
类似这样的语句其实在美剧蛮多的，
有高人可以指点一二吗？谢谢！
