關於這件事情 有寫信給ETS詢問 大概是我英文太爛 我從頭到尾寫了快七八封信 我一開始寫了後 他回說他已經把問題回報給可以做決定的單位 然後過了很久都沒回音 我又問他處理得怎樣了 他竟然回我說我的考試日期是某某天 請記得帶護照來考試之類的 我又寫信告訴他沒有回答到我的問題 他回信說 依照他們的紀錄已經回答過我了 我又寫信說沒有回答到我的問題啊 他又告訴我已經回過了 來來回回好幾次 我最後只好把每封信的tracking number附給他 告訴他們叫他們自己看清楚一點 才來了一封遲來的回信 應該是全部要退給我的意思吧?
