关於这件事情 有写信给ETS询问 大概是我英文太烂 我从头到尾写了快七八封信 我一开始写了後 他回说他已经把问题回报给可以做决定的单位 然後过了很久都没回音 我又问他处理得怎样了 他竟然回我说我的考试日期是某某天 请记得带护照来考试之类的 我又写信告诉他没有回答到我的问题 他回信说 依照他们的纪录已经回答过我了 我又写信说没有回答到我的问题啊 他又告诉我已经回过了 来来回回好几次 我最後只好把每封信的tracking number附给他 告诉他们叫他们自己看清楚一点 才来了一封迟来的回信 应该是全部要退给我的意思吧?
