標題[問題] 綠卡入境

剛剛看了一下I131的instruction裡提到一年內入境不需申請白皮書
If you stay outside the United States for less than one year,
you are not required to apply for a Re-entry Permit.
You may re-enter the United States on your Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551).
可是以前的經驗很像都是半年內要入境，
請教一下大家，我7月中才從美國回來，明年差不多七月初會再去一趟
這樣還需要辦白皮書嗎...
