标题[问题] 绿卡入境

刚刚看了一下I131的instruction里提到一年内入境不需申请白皮书
If you stay outside the United States for less than one year,
you are not required to apply for a Re-entry Permit.
You may re-enter the United States on your Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551).
可是以前的经验很像都是半年内要入境，
请教一下大家，我7月中才从美国回来，明年差不多七月初会再去一趟
这样还需要办白皮书吗...
