標題I-765 被拒絕

今天收到 USCIS 自動送出的 email （我有上網登記我的 case number），
說我的 I765 被拒絕了。
信的內容這樣寫:
pplication Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Current Status: Denial Notice Sent
On June 24, 2009, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I765
APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The notice explains why the
denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you.
If you have not received this notice within 15 days from June 24, 2009,
please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.
If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from
USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS
Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.
目前情況: H-1B，2011 的 11 月到期，到期後可以在延半年就滿六年了。
綠卡申請類別是 EB2。
我上網查 I-140 stauts 是 Case received and pending.
I-140, I-485 是同時 file 的（May 4, 2009 收到收據）。
I765 被拒絕是不是說綠卡就沒有希望? 現在有什麼 option 嗎？
我已經寫信去問幫我處理案件的律師，不過還是心急想上網問一下。
