标题I-765 被拒绝

今天收到 USCIS 自动送出的 email （我有上网登记我的 case number），
说我的 I765 被拒绝了。
信的内容这样写:
pplication Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Current Status: Denial Notice Sent
On June 24, 2009, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I765
APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The notice explains why the
denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you.
If you have not received this notice within 15 days from June 24, 2009,
please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.
If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from
USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS
Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.
目前情况: H-1B，2011 的 11 月到期，到期後可以在延半年就满六年了。
绿卡申请类别是 EB2。
我上网查 I-140 stauts 是 Case received and pending.
I-140, I-485 是同时 file 的（May 4, 2009 收到收据）。
I765 被拒绝是不是说绿卡就没有希望? 现在有什麽 option 吗？
我已经写信去问帮我处理案件的律师，不过还是心急想上网问一下。
