The defender has been heavily tipped to come out of Les Bleus retirement after Zinedine Zidane and Claude Makelele made the same move this week. Thuram, who quit after Euro 2004, is now expected to make his comeback to the side for the August 17 friendly against the Ivory Coast. "Lilian Thuram has been selected. We received a letter this morning regarding a call-up for the Montpellier game," said Capello. However, the master tactician seems to be far from happy with the situation, fearing it may affect the Bianconeri's hopes of Scudetto and Champions League glory. "It is very satisfying for the player himself but I fear that he could be over-used during the season," continued the Coach.
